Went to Camp Bang on Tuesday night. Some of us people might think that the name sounds very very dirty, but hey then again, they accepted 'Mass Orgy' and 'Martha Fookers' as team names for Captain's Ball in the Sports Championships. They had an very long outing in the day, something like the 'Amazing Race' that 'POD' organised. Since they were not back yet, I went on to jog and I saw!!! Carol and Charmaine! So might as well, go and jog.
My fitness levels definitely dropped. My usual of 8-10 laps * 600m of slow jogging has dropped to 6 laps. Not good for my test which is coming on 12 March.
I thought I would be alone (as always) in the night flicking frisbees, but since they are there, it's good to have someone to pass back the frisbee without running for it. This was also a good chance to try out my glow-in-the-dark frisbee (Yay!) and scratch it indefinitely (Oww!). The green glow lasted for quite a while before going out. But it sure looked nice... everyone there went ga-ga over the illuminous flying thingy.
Back to the Camp. I managed catch them in time for the last event of the day, which is the REVIVAL of the STOMP! Look Siva, it's back!! There are four separate groups performing, and boy you would be touched if you were there. They really performed with their hearts! The Stomp Spirit is still there Siva....
What I thought was the best part of the 4 stomp items was the one with the Red Indian War Dance. Obviously, Vikrant was the lead dancer, and the other groups actually joined in! It was so great to see them happily together...
The encore performance was even better... Everyone started doing the War Dance all night long...
Managed to continue practising my frisbee throwing with a bunch of people that couldn't sleep. Amir was one of them, and he seemed interested in Ultimate. Just hope that I can see him on Friday at the Pickup Game at the War Memorial.
Sleeping Four hours and I am still blogging here. Good Night people, and I just hope my drooling and snoring doesn't annoy the other staff around me...
