Angst

Disc Knights had a scrimmage with the Muddies on Sunday and I got invited.

The match was great: DK's was full of fire at the beginning, and zonal defences are really tight. They did let off a little steam at the end, and the Muddies changed their play to their advantage because of that, but they were able to go through in the end.

Ah.... it's been a while since I've stood on the fields and watched them play. It feels great to see them play, kind of sparked the fire within me, but at the same time it feels sadly nostaglic.

New faces, new gameplay. It feels I'm crossing some unknown boundary that I've crossed before. Funny... and I wonder if I could catch up with them by the end of the year...

Maybe I'll start with some casual pick ups at that time.
