Conditioning at SMU and my exercise plans...

Really damn scared now....

This week, I finally started my exercise "regimen" to get myself ready for BMT. Got up to the test going for my Frisbee Team's conditioning, and had come to a conclusion.

I am really doubting whether I can get fit before NS.

My knees are acting up again after a few sets of running, squats, push-ups. And I didn't even get to the sprints, stair-climbing, and burpees.

I may not be able to get through the slimming centre of Pulau Tekong because of my bloody leg, but I have to get fit. NOW.

And here we go..... to the exercise plan for the next two weeks....

Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

Gym. Work up on muscles...

Stepovers
10x3 sets

Wall Squats
10x3 sets

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Walking in waist deep pool in full view of kids and dead moths for 1/2 hour (or beautiful teenage girls depending on venue...)
Girl 1: hey look at that guy!!
Girl 2: hehe like sluggish bear in water!!!
Girls: HAW HAW HAW HAW~
Me: .....
Lazy Frog Swimming for 10 laps
Breaststroke for 4 laps


Saturdays

Frisbee Drills.



Eating Out

Soupy Soupy Dishes with chilli padi that make you drink lots of water with every bite.
Soak and Drain every spoon of it three times before consuming.

Sad right? ..... haha....


Side note: I wonder if I can bring a frisbee into camp and toss it around like normal days?
Self-thought: Ya, and get twenty for every toss made. Fark la... just bring lor....
